1. Overview

LeadBridge helps you clip LinkedIn profile information into your personal Notion workspace. We design the product so that profile data is only read when you take an explicit action, and so that lead content is delivered to your Notion account rather than kept as a long-term copy on our systems.

2. Data Processing

The LeadBridge Chrome extension reads profile data—such as name, company, and job title—only when you explicitly click the clip button. We do not scrape profiles in the background, and we do not collect profile fields without that user-initiated action.

Depending on the page and your settings, the data processed for a clip may include:

• Name
• Company / organization
• Job title / headline
• LinkedIn profile URL

3. Data Storage

When you clip a profile, the extracted lead data is sent through our servers to your personal Notion account. We do not permanently store these leads in our own databases. Our servers act as a relay to deliver the clip to Notion using the connection you configured.

Separately, we may store account-related information needed to operate the service (for example, authentication details, subscription status, and your Notion connection settings). That operational data is distinct from the lead content you clip into Notion.

4. Third-Party Services

LeadBridge relies on third-party services to provide core functionality. In particular, clipped leads are written to Notion via the Notion API. Your use of Notion is also governed by Notion's own terms and privacy policy.

We may also use infrastructure and authentication providers (such as hosting and database services) to run the LeadBridge website and API. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

5. Permissions & Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension requests only the permissions required to detect relevant LinkedIn profile pages and to send a clip when you ask it to. Profile content is accessed in response to your click, not continuously monitored for unrelated browsing activity.

6. Your Choices

You control when clips happen by choosing when to click. You can disconnect Notion, update connection settings in your dashboard, or stop using the extension at any time. Lead content already saved in your Notion workspace remains under your control in Notion.
